Mitch is a compassionate clinician who works with individuals across the lifespan, with a particular focus on supporting teens and young adults, typically between the ages of 14 and 29. Mitch specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals, with a primary emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). He is passionate about honoring neurodiversity and helping clients navigate the unique challenges and strengths.

He works closely with clients to build emotional regulation skills, enhance self-awareness, and develop practical coping strategies.
