Ashlyn Chang

Ashlyn was born and raised in Honolulu and recently graduated from Seattle University with an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Her academic background and commitment to mitigating the impact of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) fuels her dedication to fostering positive growth and development. Ashlyn is especially focused on differentiating socially deviant behavior from criminal conduct, a distinction that plays a critical role in addressing individuals’ needs. With this, she believes that everyone, regardless of their lived experiences and intersecting identities deserves compassionate care.

Ashlyn loves to push herself to new limits, as running marathons, lifting weights, and backpacking across the Pacific Northwest have been top hobbies of hers. She also enjoys crocheting, finding new coffee shops, and taking care of her plants!
